relational discipleship.
The Relational Discipleship Programme equips churches and leaders with a structured, relational approach to making disciples. Through three progressive stages, participants learn to build intentional discipleship relationships, empower others and establish sustainable discipleship cultures across congregations of all sizes.
Relational Discipleship Programme
The foundational stage focuses on building intentional discipleship relationships within the local church. Students explore biblical models of discipleship, learn practical mentoring skills and develop frameworks for creating a discipleship culture that fosters spiritual growth and accountability.
Participants are equipped to walk alongside others in their faith journey, moving beyond programme-based approaches to genuine, life-on-life discipleship rooted in relationship and trust.
Relational Discipleship Programme: Empower
Builds on the foundations of the Relational Discipleship Programme, equipping leaders to empower others in their discipleship journey. Focuses on leadership multiplication, releasing gifts and developing confident, self-sustaining disciples who can in turn disciple others.
Empower moves participants from being discipled to becoming disciple-makers, with practical tools for identifying and developing emerging leaders within their church communities.
National Discipleship Programme: Equip
A national-level programme designed to equip churches with a consistent and effective approach to discipleship. Provides leaders with tools, resources and training to implement structured discipleship pathways across congregations of all sizes.
Equip enables churches to move from individual discipleship efforts to a whole-church strategy, creating a culture where every member is both being discipled and discipling others.
Who is it for?
The Relational Discipleship Programme is open to pastors, ministry leaders, small group leaders and any believer with a heart for discipleship. Each stage builds on the previous one, creating a clear pathway from personal discipleship through to church-wide implementation. The programme is available to members of the New Testament Church of God and other denominations.
