What is CPD?

Continuing Professional Development at the LTC provides a structured framework for lifelong learning among serving ministers. Through seminars, workshops, conferences and guided study, participants engage with contemporary issues in theology, leadership, pastoral care and church growth. The programme recognises that effective ministry requires continuous investment in personal, spiritual and professional development.

CPD is delivered in partnership with the Leadership Training Centre’s wider provision, drawing on the expertise of our faculty and facilitators as well as external contributors and partner institutions.

CPD by church size

CPD registration is structured by church size to ensure that the development provision is tailored to the specific context and needs of each ministry setting.

Who is it for?

CPD is open to all ordained and licensed ministers within the New Testament Church of God, as well as ministers from other denominations who wish to participate. The programme is particularly valuable for those who have been in active ministry and wish to stay current, deepen their practice and connect with peers for mutual encouragement and professional growth.
