The Continuing Professional Development programme supports the ongoing growth, learning and effectiveness of pastors, ministers and church leaders. CPD ensures that those in active ministry remain equipped, current and responsive to the evolving demands of pastoral leadership.
Overview
What is CPD?
Continuing Professional Development at the LTC provides a structured framework for lifelong learning among serving ministers. Through seminars, workshops, conferences and guided study, participants engage with contemporary issues in theology, leadership, pastoral care and church growth. The programme recognises that effective ministry requires continuous investment in personal, spiritual and professional development.
CPD is delivered in partnership with the Leadership Training Centre’s wider provision, drawing on the expertise of our faculty and facilitators as well as external contributors and partner institutions.
