Course overview

An introduction to the study of human personality and behaviour from a Christian perspective. The goal of such a study is to help the student to attain a better self-understanding and to gain a knowledge of the personality attributes of the individuals with whom he or she interacts.

After completing this course, you will be able to:

• Describe human personality and behaviour from a Christian perspective.
• Identify and discuss Erikson’s psychosocial development stages.
• Describe the issues of death and dying.
• Utilise the rules of conflict resolution.
• Identify and discuss the ten principles of productive ministry.

Meet the facilitator

Rev. Esmeta Ghunney

MA BA Dip MCMI

Esmeta is the senior pastor of NTCG God High Wycombe and the Southern regional coordinator of the National Discipleship Programme. She holds a teaching degree from the University of the West Indies, Master of Arts in Education with Leadership (MAEd) from Wrexham Glyndwr University Wales. She has over 25 years of experience in teaching and teacher training. Esmeta is a Lead Practitioner in Applied Science, an examiner for Assessment and Qualifications Alliance (AQA), Quality Assurance and Standard Verifier for Pearson EDEXEL vocational qualifications and a member of the school advisory panel of Melrose Education.
