Continuing Professional Development gives pastors, ministers and church leaders time to keep learning as they serve. CPD supports reflection on the changing needs of pastoral ministry.
Overview
What is CPD?
CPD at the LTC gives serving ministers a way to continue learning. Seminars, workshops, conferences and guided study consider theology, leadership, pastoral care and church growth, alongside personal and spiritual development.
CPD is delivered in partnership with the Leadership Training Centre’s wider provision, drawing on the expertise of our faculty and facilitators as well as external contributors and partner institutions.
