KNOW, GO & SHOW

NTCG is a Relevant, Relational Church, Reimagining God at work in our communities and our nation.

As the Youth and Discipleship Department our aim is to support youth leaders and young people across our network of churches throughout England and Wales to Know God, Go and tell others about Him and create opportunities to Show the world what the Kingdom of God is like. We do this by supporting our regional and local leaders via group meetings, one to one mentoring and producing a national programme of activities to help inspire, encourage and develop young people in their walk with Jesus. 

Director’s Welcome

Rev. Phil Gray

Phil became a Christian in 1999 and ever since has spent his life serving his church and his community with a desire to connect people with the wonder, love and mercy of God through the person of Jesus Christ.

Phil is a qualified youth worker with over 20 years’ experience in the youth and community sector, working with those deemed the hardest to reach.

Phil has served NTCG as a; committed local member at Harvest Temple NTCG in Wolverhampton where he has served as a deacon, Local and District Youth Director, National Worship Leader, and National Youth Board member having oversight for music and creative arts, overseeing the birth of Young Levites.

He now has the incredible honour as serving NTCG as its National Youth & Discipleship Director.

Phil has been married to the love of his life Cassandra since 2009 and together their first ministry is raising their two kingdom warriors Caleb and Gideon.
