Rev Delroy Henry
BD, BSc, MBA
Rev Delroy Henry is the Director of Education for the NTCG and a member of the 18-35 years old Initiative Committee. His experience in leadership, management, curriculum development and marketing spans over 30 years in roles such as Principal and Lecturer of Immanuel Theological college (formerly Ilford School of Theology) in partnership with the then University of Wales Lampeter; one of three Assistant Pastors at Lee New Testament Church of God (NTCG), District and local Youth and Christian Education Director and Sunday school teacher. Delroy has experience of working within a range of ecumenical settings and partnerships with the voluntary, faith and statutory sectors from which to draw and apply insights to assist in taking the agenda of the Heritage Centre forward in the interest of its success and sustainability.

Bishop Herbie McKenzie
BA, BSc, MA, Dip.Min.Th, Dip Christian Counselling
Herbie is the senior Pastor of the Cheetham Hill NTCG. Prior to this appointment he served the Church in a number of offices including Sunday School Teacher, Church and Pastor’s Council member, Secretary and Treasurer and local Pastor for the Ilford NTCG. He has a particular interest in pastoral care and Christian ethics. He is deeply committed to developing Christians to serve, as the Lord calls them, and sees the national education programme as providing an important platform for enabling both men and women to develop the necessary skills for godly service and leadership in the local church, thereby fulfilling their ministry potential to the glory of God.He founded the Immanuel Theological College and served as its Principal from 1998-2008 and was a former lecturer in social policy for 14 years at Birkbeck College, University of London, and Middlesex University.

Bishop Anthony Parry
MA, MBA, CMgr MCMI
Tony has served as Senior Pastor of the Bradford New Testament Church from May 2000 to 2013. He was appointed to the District Pastorate for Leeds in 2013. He is a graduate of Overstone Theological College and holds university qualifications in Social Work, Practice Teaching, Business Administration and is a Chartered Manager. He serves as chairman of the Churches Regional Commission an ecumenical body bringing together all the Christian Denominations and their Church Leaders, across the Yorkshire and Humberside area. Tony is also an Ecumenical Canon of Bradford Cathedral.

Bishop Brian Robinson
M.Div
Brian Robinson is the senior Pastor at Willesden NTCG and District Overseer for five churches. He is a member of the National Executive Council and Coordinator of the Ministerial Internship programme. Brian Robinson studied at Ebenezer Bible Institute and the Church of God Theological Seminary. He has been the pastor of congregations at Hitchin, Southampton, Bristol and Clapton respectively prior to Willesden. He also served the Church as Principal of the Overstone College from 1987-91.

Rev Marcel Simpson
BA (Hons), PGCE (QTS)
Marcel has been facilitating the course ‘Knowing the Holy Spirit’ for the past four years. He is one of the earlier students of the CAMS programme. He is one of the ministers at the Handsworth NTCG where he leads the Y&CE Ministry and is also a member of the Intercessory Team and serves as one of the prayer leaders for their focus groups. Marcel has recently been appointed to the role of National Director of Youth and Discipleship for the NTCG in England and Wales. He also serves on the National Education Board. He is a qualified Secondary School History teacher and taught in Birmingham prior to his National NTCG appointment.

Rev Virginia Thomas
MA
Virginia is an Associate Minister at Northampton NTCG. She was appointed as a full-time chaplain within a private healthcare charity in 2014.Virginia previously spent 22 years at Nottingham NTCG, where she served as Youth & Christian Education Director and Youth Pastor. Virginia has over 20 years’ background experience in social work, practice learning and staff development and training. With a desire for lifelong learning, Virginia obtained a Certificate in Intercultural Theology in 2003 and completed MA in Pentecostal & Charismatic Studies at the University of Birmingham in 2006. As an Leadership Training Centre Partner(LTCP), Virginia remains committed in supporting the development of the LTC and is the facilitator for “Living the Faith” CIMS course.Virginia is passionate about the empowering and transformational impact of the Word of God upon lives and is actively engaged in the ministry of teaching, prayer and discipleship.

Bishop Albert Watson
Albert is the District Bishop and senior pastor of the Bilston NTCG. He has over 20 years pastoral experience and a background in Christian Education and ministerial training.Albert has a passion and commitment to Christian education and life- long learning. He co-founded a number of Church based educational projects including, the Horseley Heath Educational Project, Kingshurst Development Trust and the Wellington Road Seniors’ project in collaboration with Further Education Colleges and Local Authority stakeholders, providing intergenerational, intercultural training and education within the community.He is a graduate of the Ebenezer Bible Institute (EBI), Birmingham University and Birmingham Bible Institute, where he gained his Certificate/ Diploma in theology. He lectured at the EBI and taught at the Wolverhampton City College as Social Studies/ Policy lecturerHe has Diploma/ BA (Hons) in Social work from Coventry University, MA Social Policy from the University of Central England and is a PhD (candidate) University of London.Albert worked secularly in the Criminal and Family justice system, as a Probation Officer and a Family Court Advisor within Private and Public law proceedings. He is a qualified Family Mediator/Advocate and is an ‘On call’ health Care Chaplin within Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust.

Dr Garrick Wilson
DIS, BSc(Hons), PGCert, MPhil, PhD
Dr. Garrick K. Wilson oversees Convergence Science Training at a world leading university. Convergence Science is the merging of medicine, engineering, mathematics, chemistry and physics to improve the diagnosis and treatment of cancers. He is the holder of several appointments including an Honorary Research Fellowship in Vascular Biology. He is also a recognized author in the medical and scientific fields with several publications describing human diseases including strategies to manage them. He is the Director of BUiLD; an initiative which promotes the educational, spiritual and entrepreneurial aspirations of young men. He also provides oversight relating to policy, governance and training for several organizations. He is a member of NTCG Chrisma Christian Centre, where he serves on the Leadership Team with a portfolio in Education and Training. In his spare time, he writes on matters of theology and justice with a number of books in the pipeline.

Edris Buchanan-Edwards
Edris is a member of the Northampton NTCG Church and Pastors Council, she ministers as Worship Team Leader, Events and Programming coordinator & Cell Group coordinator. Prior to her appointment as the Education Administrator at The Leadership Training Centre, Edris has worked for 28 years as a Pensions Management Consultant within the National Health Service and various large organisations including Public Health England, The Civil Service and Universities. During her tenures, she has presented pension workshops face to face and via webinars across the United Kingdom on retirement planning, pension purchases and pension scheme changes to regulations etc . Edris has a strong background in project management and hopes to bring those skills to the fore at the Leadership Training Centre.
