NTCG Ministers and emerging leaders will enrol on the courses to support specific denominational leadership processes. Yes, if the training you have completed is comparable to CAMS, this may be possible. A request for exemption form with details of the module requiring exemption should be sent to the Director of Education at firstname.lastname@example.org.
No. If your intentions are for personal enrichment in the first instance, however, we would encourage you to share your ministry aspirations and academic goals with your leadership so that they can affirm and support you as far as possible. If you intend to pursue studies for credentialing /Licensure, the endorsement of your local and district Pastor is mandatory.
Credentialed Church of God ministers and emerging leaders who wish to enrol on LTC courses or programmes are encouraged to consult with their local churches for financial assistance subject to the availability of funds. LTC offers a range of payment options for programmes details of which are available at enrolment. Details of degrees and grants are also available from various sources, including our academic partners as listed in our prospectus.
Yes. The CIMS curriculum and related materials are available to all ministers and all churches regardless of denominational affiliation. They can be used for personal enrichment and for non-accredited training in local churches as required. CIMS was developed for ministers including pastors, evangelists, music ministers, youth pastors, directors of Christian education, church planters and ministerial applicants it is also open to emerging and lay leaders. All who are interested to participate in the CIMS curriculum are welcome to register in the programme offered at The Leadership Training Centre.
