The Queen’s Foundation for Ecumenical Theological Education

Centre for Black Ministries and Leadership – The Queen’s Foundation for Ecumenical Theological Education

This new Centre at the Queen’s Foundation celebrates the major contribution of Black and Asian Christians to the life of the churches in Britain. It sets out to equip and resource Black and Asian Christians, including lay and ordained ministers, through theological education. The Centre offers a range of courses, programmes and events for those seeking to develop their skills and expertise in ministry and leadership.

From September 2010, The Queen’s Foundation for Ecumenical Theological Education offered the Foundation Degree in Mission and Ministry. The Foundation Degree lasts for three years, part time, Tuesday evenings, six residential weekends per year and one Easter School per year.

Pentecostal Theological Seminary

Pentecostal Theological Seminary

DMin 2014 – 2020

The underlying aim of this DMin programme is to equip leaders within our churches with the wisdom, knowledge and understanding to face the challenges of contemporary Pentecostal church leadership in our UK context. A unique aspect of this programme is the interest to honour past pioneers with the creation of scholars within our Pentecostal denominations with the integrity they demonstrated. Students are expected to be active in ministry throughout the programme of study.

The programme is facilitated by the Pentecostal Theological Seminary at the Leadership Training Centre in Northampton, England and at the Pentecostal Theological Seminary in Cleveland, USA via face-to-face and on-line sessions.
